are designed to help NHS clients meet the requirements
of Controls Assurance, the CNST and the
NHS Plan

are designed to help independent sector clients
to meet the requirements of the National Care Standards
Commission.

Participation in the HQS programmes is flexible
and based on the needs of your organisation.
The options are:

or by a whole organisation
- focus
on specific issues such as clinical governance
or risk management or other customised services

solely on a developmental basis, towards HQS
accreditation or joint HQS accreditation and
ISO certification
